Alex Hatebur

Prior to finebrain's founding in 2000, Alex Hatebur worked as an innovation management consultant for Helbling Technik AG, a leading engineering and consulting firm. Alex Hatebur advised Helbling Technik on shaping the company's innovation processes.
From 1996 through 1999, Alex Hatebur led numerous innovation projects for Stratec Medical (now Synthes), one of the world's largest medical corporations. The products he managed from the inception and development phases right up to global market launch are today among the most important sales mainstays of Synthes. 1995: Degree in materials engineering (Master's equivalent) from the institute of technology ETH Zurich.
Thomas Morscher

Prior to finebrain's founding in 2000, Thomas Morscher was employed with Day Software, a leading content management system provider, as a business development manager and concept consultant for large organisations. In 1998 Thomas Morscher received a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA /USA) with a concentration in information technology and government / knowledge management.Previously he had served from 1994 through 1998 as deputy and chief cultural coordinator of the canton of Basel.In 1991 he received a doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Basel, where he practised law until 1994.
Andreas Bader
Dipl. Informatik-Ing. ETH & Lic. iur., Director of Technology
After studying for a degree in computer engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and law at the University of Basel, Andreas Bader worked as a freelancer for six years. During this period he provided advice and support, in all areas of information technology, to internationally active companies and associations. These included a software rollout at Swisscom, the development and implementation of a marketing web application at Novartis, the provision of consulting services and the development of a ranking system for Tennis Europe.
Andreas Bader has been responsible for all technical aspects at finebrain since 2004.
